The service
MyBon provides infrastructure for businesses to publish and manage digital menus. Marketing previews may use sample content. Features depend on the plan and the venue’s enabled settings. Submitting an enquiry alone does not purchase or start a subscription.

Venue products and services
The venue is the seller and service provider. It is responsible for products, prices, descriptions, images, portions, ingredients, allergen and nutritional information, campaigns, discounts, events and service terms, including their accuracy and legal compliance. Applicable restrictions on alcohol, promotion, age and sales remain the venue’s responsibility. Hosting a menu does not mean MyBon has approved its content.

Orders and payments
Unless expressly agreed separately, the QR menu subscription does not include online ordering, payment collection or till integration. The venue and its customer are the parties to their transaction. Ask the venue about product availability, prices and ingredients.

AI content
Suggestions help users choose; they do not guarantee suitability, sales growth or a particular outcome. Calories are approximate information based on product and portion details, not measured nutritional values, medical assessment or dietary advice. The venue must verify allergen and nutrition information and review AI-generated text and translations before publication.

Acceptable use and rights
Unauthorized access, impersonation, malicious code, disruption and unlawful content are prohibited. Rights in MyBon software are reserved. The venue must hold the necessary rights to uploaded text and images; MyBon uses them to provide the service.

Responsibility and contact
The venue’s responsibility for content does not remove MyBon’s own technical-service, security or mandatory legal duties. There is no absolute guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Report technical issues or unlawful content using the contact details below. Mandatory consumer rights and other non-excludable rights are preserved.
